rateManager ASP from InFreight Logistics represents the next generation of freight rating technology, featuring a browser based front end for rate maintenance, connected to a powerful rate engine running as a web service at the back end that can be accessed from virtually any application software running on your network. Designed and engineered in .NET technology.

Roadmap for 2008

We are pleased to provide an insight to what some of our plans are for 2008.

rateManagerASP version 2

Released in February 2008 as rateManagerASP-NA to encompass the geographical coverage of our flagship product. This product provides full rate maintenance and accurate rating of LTL/TL/Bulk/Rail shipments within North America. We are planning to add Mexico to the current US Domestic, US-Canada Cross Border and Canadian Domestic rating capability in 2008.

auditManagerASP version 1

Due to be released third quarter 2008, this product will take the substantial rating capability of rateManagerASP and provide freight invoice settlement with audit quality rating. This product will provide full rate maintenance capabilities found in rateManagerASP along with freight file import/export capabilities.

rateManagerAXI-NA

As previously announced on October 15th, this project has been renamed to reflect the geographical coverage of the initial release. Further plans could see additional implementations of this product to cover the Microsoft Dynamics AX installations that would benefit from the other projects announced below.

rateManagerASP-OF

A new project starting in 1st quarter 2008 that will provide full global rate maintenance and accurate rating of Ocean Freight, LCL/FCL via SSL and/or NVOCC.

rateManagerASP-EU

Another new project starting in 2nd quarter 2008 that will provide rate maintenance and accurate rating of European based freight.

We have other plans in store for freight movement and rating from a global perspective, but will elaborate on them further into 2008. In the meantime, keep checking back....
